After being made redundant due to the Coronavirus pandemic affecting the small company she worked in, Kirsty was looking for more stability and somewhere to progress from her customer service and admin skilled roles 鈥� that鈥檚 when she found her place working in project management at 麻豆社事件.
鈥淚 particularly enjoy working at 麻豆社事件 because of the people, everyone has been welcoming and friendly, easy to get along with when working. I have been given different opportunities to increase my skills and knowledge. At 麻豆社事件 I has always felt that I am able to grow and not felt that I鈥檝e reach my peak and needed to move on.鈥�
鈥淭he most challenging part of this role was that I was completely new to project management altogether, it is rewarding to be offered this role with little experience, yet with all the support from my line manager and colleagues to help me gain career with a good team.鈥�

鈥淭o help me through the challenging part of learning all about my role, I was put onto a training scheme called 鈥楾rain to Fit鈥�. I had 12 months of learning and five exams, teaching me about all different aspects of the role to help me gain understanding of what I need to do, and what project management was about.鈥�
