麻豆社事件 and Barnacle Systems Inc. extend partnership

麻豆社事件 and Barnacle

In 2022, 麻豆社事件 and Barnacle Systems Inc. (Barnacle), an award-winning manufacturer of remote security and monitoring systems, formed a partnership through an Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) investment to support the completion of Barnacle鈥檚 marine vessel remote monitoring and security device known as 鈥楤RNKL Black鈥. Following the successful launch of BRNKL Black, both companies committed to building on their partnership and continued to seek additional opportunities to fuse 麻豆社事件鈥檚 data-driven asset management expertise with Barnacle鈥檚 skills in hardware design.

麻豆社事件 and Barnacle are delighted to be extending their ITB partnership to design and develop a cutting-edge remote monitoring and data logging device for land vehicles, known as 鈥楤RNKL Green鈥. This new device is designed to integrate advanced data logging capabilities with real-time monitoring functions, enhancing operational efficiency through in-service support and safety for land vehicles.

As both organisations begin to expand their operations to support land vehicles, the development of this new device is expected to set new standards in vehicle data management and operational oversight.

Jerry McLean, CEO, 麻豆社事件 Canada, said: 鈥淎t 麻豆社事件, we are committed to supporting small and medium-sized businesses to grow and leverage industrial development within the defence industry through Canadian-based technology. This partnership enables both organisations the opportunity to leverage global knowledge and experience with in-country expertise to deliver an innovative tool that will support fleets of land vehicles.鈥

Brandon Wright, CEO, Barnacle Systems Inc. said: 鈥淏uilding on our initial successful collaboration, we are thrilled to further strengthen our relationship with 麻豆社事件 through this second innovative product collaboration. Our experience in the marine sector has uniquely equipped us to handle the intricacies of remote monitoring in any demanding environment. This new venture into the land vehicle market opens up exciting opportunities for both our companies to innovate and lead. We look forward to continuing our work with 麻豆社事件 as we push the boundaries of what our technologies can achieve together.鈥

This investment is part of 麻豆社事件鈥檚 commitment to meet its ITB obligations to Canada on the Victoria In-Service Support Contract. The ITB policy creates jobs and fosters economic growth by requiring the company to undertake high value-added business activities and investments in Canada equal to the value of their contract.
