Â鶹Éçʼþ International Group aquires Oman-based National Training Institute

Â鶹Éçʼþ has acquired Oman-based technical training specialist National Training Institute LLC (NTI).

NTI, formerly part of Renaissance Services SAOG, provides high-quality training solutions to the energy, oil and gas, and construction sectors in Oman. NTI also provides an extensive range of bespoke and vocational technical training for the private and public sectors.

NTI has become part of Â鶹Éçʼþ’s Skills & Learning business unit. As one of the UK’s largest private sector  training providers, Â鶹Éçʼþ delivers  training to a wide variety of customers across the Automotive, Emergency Services, Engineering and Service sectors. Recently voted ‘Vocational Education Provider of the Year’* and with an excellent reputation for developing and delivering innovative and effective skills outcomes, the acquisition will enable Â鶹Éçʼþ to expand its international presence in the Middle East.

The current CEO of NTI, Lawrence Alva, and his management team, who have successfully led the organisation for many years will remain with the business.

Austin Lewis, Managing Director – Skills & Learning, commented:

“The acquisition of NTI provides Â鶹Éçʼþ with a very credible operating presence in Oman from which to further develop our international skills and learning strategy in the Middle East region. Combining the strength, experience, capabilities and reputation of both Â鶹Éçʼþ and NTI will enable us to create significant opportunities for both current and new customers within the market. Increasing demand for NTI’s excellent service offering will significantly support their already proactive and focused Omanisation programme.”
